I'm a physical therapist and the founder of the Rehab Wealth Project. I built this platform to help therapy professionals get out of student debt and build a career that isn't defined by clinical burnout. Running it — the calculators, the writing, the podcast — takes real time and money, so I want to be upfront about how it's funded.

The short version

Rehab Wealth Project is reader-supported. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a product or service, I may earn a commission. It never costs you anything extra, and it never changes the price or rate you're offered.

What that means in practice

When I mention or link to a company — for example, a student loan refinancing lender, a credit card, or a staffing agency — that link may be an affiliate link. If it leads to you becoming their customer, that company may pay Rehab Wealth Project a referral fee.

This is a common way that independent financial content stays free to read. I'm telling you about it plainly because you deserve to know how the lights stay on.

My promise on editorial independence

This is the part that matters most, especially on a site about money.

A commission never buys a recommendation. I do not recommend a lender, a card, or a service because it pays well. I write about and link to things because I believe they can genuinely help therapy professionals — and if I think something is a bad deal, I'll say so, affiliate relationship or not. If a partnership ever conflicted with giving you honest guidance, the guidance wins.

Please still do your own homework

An affiliate link is not financial advice, and it is not a promise that a product is right for you. Rates, fees, and terms change constantly, and the best choice depends on your specific situation. Before you sign up for anything — especially anything involving your loans or your credit — read that company's own terms and disclosures carefully, and consider talking to a licensed professional.

Questions

If you ever want to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, or how a particular partnership works, just ask. Email me at contact@rehabwealth.com — I'm happy to be completely transparent about it.
